Since 1991 we have worked with all levels, managers, supervisors, professional staff and general employees. Our educational programs are offered in a variety of formats including in-house seminars, public seminars, speaking engagements, instructional materials, personal coaching and e-learning.
Our harassment prevention seminar, The Grey Factor is the premier sexual harassment prevention program on the market today with 35 years of implementation history. In addition, we are a distributor for Inscape Publishing, which is well known for self-directed,
assessment instruments including the DiSC, and training programs designed to develop individuals and teams. We also conduct harassment investigations. Our popular interpersonal skills programs have been used for management development, customer service and sales.
Each seminar is customized to each organization and audience. This is important for the transfer of learning from
